First Baptist Church of Lancaster is a member of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, and the Southern Baptist Convention. We emphasize the Supremacy of God the Father, the Lordship of His Son Jesus, who died an atoning death on the cross then was resurrected on the third day, and the ministering Presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We recognize the Church as the Body of Christ Jesus ministering to people here in Lancaster and around the world.
You can find us gathered on Sunday mornings at the following times:
We would love to have you visit. Check our our visitor's guide for helpful details.
On Wednesday evenings we fellowship together:
We meet together in smaller groups, as well. Check our calendar for details.
Our congregation is largely made up of adults and is multi-ethnic in composition, with Hispanic, White, African-American, and Asian members. We feel we reflect Lancaster in our make-up, and reflect our Lord Jesus Christ in our acceptance of and caring for individuals. Our numbers may be small, but our hearts are big, and we would love to meet you and get to know you.
